  • The Service operates between 07:00-22:00 hours within the City Center Areas.Any service apart from the City Center Areas will be executed on request with an additional charge.
  • You are required to provide us with exact details at the time of your Booking such as Hotel Address / Cruise timings for a hassle free Pick up / Drop off.
  • If guest fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it
